Sometimes the littlest things take up the most room in our heart! Newborn sessions have to be one of the most popular portrait sessions I do, and understandably so. Whether it is your first baby or a brand new little sibling, the newborn session is designed to capture all of those unique features about a newborn. From their wrinkly little hands, to their sleepy faces and tiny toes, I will absolutely love photographing it all!

I allow a little extra time for the newborns, so that there is plenty of time for feeding, cuddling, singing lullabies, or whatever else we may want to do to get baby relaxed and sleepy for their session.  Plan on being there between 2 and 3 hours. 

Each portrait experience begins with a design consultation, either in person or over the phone to get acquainted. I love to get some background on the members of the family and the relationships within it, to truly understand how to best capture the dynamics of your family and all the unique things about your relationship with your baby. We will talk about clothing, props, the individuals of your little babe that you would like to get as well as any family/group images. That way, once you arrive we can just focus on the photography.
